Welcome home....

Hey yo!

Guess what.... I got my computer back!

Today was a day of welcoming home some new faces to the house.
First off, my new screen in the computer. You have no idea how much it sucks without access to a computer for 3 weeks. I have so much work to catch up on!

Secondly, Rexy. Today was Rexy's big day with Dr. Sean the vet. This morning my poor little princess got spayed. Apparently, she was pretty excited to get to the vet clinic, and even more excited to leave. She did really well. Everything went fine, got some teeth pulled and an intestinal check up from the inside. She has been pretty groggy all night and is still feeling the effects of the morphine and sedatives but she is now sleeping comfortably in my spot on the bed. Boy, did I feel sorry for her though. She has just been knocked out since I got home after work. The good news is, she won't have to go through this again!

Third, the Green Dragon. It's finished. The other night I got decalling put on my kind of new bike. It looks pretty sweet. I'm excited to get it outside and see if it makes me faster! Check it out:

After

There are a few more things I want to get done to it as well. I want to get some more relaxed aero bars that sit more horizontal rather than vertical, and I want to get black wheels to make the bike completely black and green. Both of which can wait!

This weekend we are off to Medicine Hat. The 5km Rattler Run is on Saturday morning and the Calgary Police 5km run is on Sunday morning both of which I am doing. I am going to run hard in Medicine Hat then use the Police 5km run as a recovery run with clients. Yes Marc, I am going to be on your ass screaming!

I hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend and I'll update with photos and a couple medals (hopefully) on Sunday!

The new bike looks pretty sweet! Hey, I saw a pair of racing wheels in Element in Edmonton that were GREEN and would actually match your bike!

Poor Rexy - I am sure she will be back to herself in next to no time after her procedure!
